## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT HAD BEEN PRACTICING "TOUCH & GOES" AT DEER VALLEY AIRPORT (DVT). ON THIS PARTICULAR LANDING, THE PILOT SAID HE WAS "A LITTLE OFF THE CENTERLINE" AND HE APPLIED SOME PRESSURE ON THE RIGHT RUDDER PEDAL. AT THIS POINT THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT FELL AND IT SLID ON THE COLLAPSED NOSE GEAR A SHORT DISTANCE BEFORE COMING TO REST ON RUNWAY 25R. THERE WAS NO INJURY TO THE PILOT AND NO POST EVENT FIRE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM THE RUNWAY AND PLACED ON A TIE-DOWN SPOT AT THE NORTH END OF DVT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
