## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) WHILE ENROUTE FROM PHILADELPHIA, PA TO SEATTLE, WA, NEAR MILWAUKEE, WI, THE FLIGHT CREW NOTICED THAT THE CREW OXYGEN PRESSURE WAS DECREASING. THE CREW DIVERTED THE AIRCRAFT TO MINNEAPOLIS, MN AND LANDED SAFELY AT 0905 CST. CONTRACT MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WERE CALLED AND DETERMINED THAT THE FIRST OBSERVER'S OXYGEN BOX ASSEMBLY HAD A LEAKING CONNECTOR. THE OBSERVER'S OXYGEN BOX ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED, CHECKED, THE OXYGEN SYSTEM WAS SERVICED, AND THE FLIGHT CONTINUED TO SEATTLE, WA.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
