## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JANUARY 13, 2006, AIRCRAFT N4TQ, A LANCAIR 4P, PILOTED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OM^ WAS LANDING ON RUNWAY 18 AT SEBRING REGIONAL AIRPORT (SEF). PILOT AND CFI BOTH VERIFIED 3 GREEN GEAR DOWN LIGHTS. UPON CONTACT WITH RUNWAY, MAIN LANDING GEAR AND NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. THE CREW WAS NOT INJURED AND THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION FOUND NO PROBLEMS WITH MAIN OR NOSE LANDING GEAR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
