## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JANUARY 20, 2006 AT 2025 HRS, N184SW OPERATED BY KEY LIME AIR INC., LANDED AT DENVER INTL APT (DEN). AS THE AIRCRAFT TURNED OFF RUNWAY 17R, THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR UPPER TORQUE LINK SHAFT (TLS) BROKE ALLOWING THE LEFT GEAR LOWER STRUT TO TURN FREELY CAUSING A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT STOPPED AT THE SIDE OF THE TAXIWAY. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE FOUND TO THE AIRCRAFT OR LANDING GEAR OTHER THAN THE BROKEN SHAFT-PART NUMBER 27-51540-003. AN SDR HAS BEEN FILED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
