## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AT APPROXIMATELY 6:20 A.M., LOCAL TIME, A FUEL TRUCK OPERATED BY MILLION AIR RICHMOND COLLIDED WITH AN EMB 145 AIRCRAFT OPERATED BY TRANS STATES AIRLINES (RAIA). THE AIRCRAFT HAD MINOR DAMAGE INBOARD OF RIGHT WING APPROXIMATELY 3 FEET, CAUSING AILERON DAMAGE. THE FUEL TRUCK DRIVER RECEIVED MINOR INJURIES WHEN THE WING CAME THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD OF THE TRUCK. AIRCRAFT WAS IN BOARDING PROCESS, WHEN THE FUEL TRUCK CONTACTED THE AIRCRAFT. DAMAGE HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED IN THE AIRCRAFT LOGBOOK.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
