(-23) STUDENT PILOT MISMANAGED CONTROLS DURING GUSTY CROSSWIND WIND LANDING. STUDENT APPLIED EXCESSIVE BRAKING TO AIRCRAFT DURING LANDING ROLL WHICH CAUSED AIRCRAFT TO NOSE OVER AND PROP STRUCK PAVEMENT.
