## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON APRIL 16, 2006, AT APPROXIMATELY 2:00 PM CDT, A PIPER PA-28RT-201'S, RIGHT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED DURING LANDING ROLLOUT AT THE SUNDANCE AIRPORT, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. THE PILOT AND 2 PASSENGERS WERE NOT INJURED. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING TIP. THE PILOT STATED THAT THEY DEPARTED SUNDANCE FOR A FLIGHT IN THE LOCAL AREA. AFTER DEPARTURE, THE PILOT STATED THAT THEY LOST ELECTRICAL POWER. SUBSEQUENTLY, HE WAS NOT ABLE TO ELECTRICALLY EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR, BUT WAS ABLE TO MANUALLY EXTEND THE GEAR. PILOT STATED THAT HE COULD NOT VERIFY WITH CERTAINTY THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS FULLY EXTENDED. DURING LANDING ROLLOUT, THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. AN AMENDMENT TO THIS REPORT IS PENDING AN INSPECTION BY MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE ELECTRICAL FAILURE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
