## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON APRIL 23, 2006 AT APPROXIMATELY 1633 MDT, A BOEING 747-400, REGISTRATION DABVN, OPERATED BY LUFTHANSA GERMAN AIRLINES AND PILOTED BY AN ATC PILOT, SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE WHEN IT COLLIDED WITH AN INACTIVE JETWAY WHILE TAXIING TO ITS GATE AT DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DEN). THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. THE COCKPIT CREW OF 3, THE CABIN CREW OF 16, AND THE 382 PASSENGERS ON BOARD WERE NOT INJURED. THE SCHEDULED FOREIGN PASSENGER FLIGHT WAS CONDUCTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 14 CFR PART 129 UNDER IFR FLIGHT PLAN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
