(-23) ON APRIL 27, 2006, N902BA, A CESSNA 414A, WAS TAXIING FOR DEPARTURE WHEN ITS RIGHT WIND TIP STROBE LIGHT STRUCK THE RADOME OF A PARKED BEECH 200. THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING MARSHALLED FROM THE LEFT SIDE.
