(-23) PER LOGPAGE #782783 CAPT REPORTED AIRCRAFT AUTOPILOT DISCONNECTED AT 13000 FEET DURING DESCENT. CREW HAD NO ROLL CONTROL. BOTH YOKES HELD FIRMLY. AFS OVERRIDE OFF AND STILL NO ROLL CONTROL. AFTER 3-4 MIN CONTROLS RELEASED. AIRCRAFT OPERATED WITHOUT AUTOPILOT TO LANDING. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
