## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON MAY 5, 2006 AT 1615 CST A CESSNA 210 (N3754Y), PILOTED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ MADE A GEAR UP LANDING AT THE SHARP COUNTY AIRPORT (CVK). UPON APPROACH THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR BUT ONLY THE NOSE GEAR WOULD EXTEND. AFTER ATTEMPTING TO LOWER THE MAIN GEAR WITHOUT SUCCESS THE PILOT DECIDED TO RAISE THE NOSE GEAR BACK UP AND MAKE A GEAR UP LANDING. THE AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED ON THE BELLY AND SUFFERED MINOR DAMAGE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
