## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE COMMERCIAL AERIAL APPLICATOR WAS LIFTING OFF JUST PAST MID-FIELD FROM RUNWAY 35 AT HIS HOME BASE AIRPORT WHEN THE ENGINE SPUTTERED TWICE AND QUIT. WEATHER WAS NOT A FACTOR EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT IT HAD RAINED RECENTLY AND THE FIELD WAS EXTREMELY SOFT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED IN THE ACCIDENT, HOWEVER HE WAS EXPOSED TO CHEMICAL OF MILD TOXICITY ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT.
