## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT WAS ATTEMPTING TO DEPART FROM AN ESTIMATED, THREE THOUSAND FOOT TURF RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE END OF THE RUNWAY WHILE STILL ON THE GROUND AND CONTINUED ANOTHER 75 YARDS THROUGH A FIELD WHERE IT PITCHED FORWARD AND BEGAN TO TUMBLE, TAIL OVER NOSE, APPROXIMATELY TWO AND ONE HALF TIMES, COMING TO A REST UPSIDE DOWN. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE MAINTAINED FULL THROTTLE THROUGHOUT THE TAKEOFF ROLL BUT THE ENGINE WAS FAILING TO MAKE FULL POWER.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CHI06LA147](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CHI06LA147), Jun 2, 2006: Allied Ag Cat Productions G-164A (N600T), Gonvick, MN, substantial damage. Probable cause: The aborted takeoff not performed by the pilot. A contributing factor is the reported loss of takeoff performance.
