## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMI^ WAS PRACTICING SOLO TAKEOFF AND LANDINGS AT PALWAUKEE AIRPORT. DURING THE LANDING FLARE OF HIS THIRD TOUCH AND GO, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO PORPOISE RESULTING IN THE PROP STRIKING THE RUNWAY. WHEN THE STUDENT APPLIED POWER TO INITIATE ANOTHER TAKEOFF, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO SHAKE. THE STUDENT ABORTED THE TAKEOFF AND TAXIED BACK TO THE RAMP WHERE A SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION DETERMINED THAT THE PROPELLER AND NOSE GEAR WERE DAMAGED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
