## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 06/18/2006 AT 11:02 AM LOCAL, THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMI^ WAS ON HIS 3RD TOUCH AND GO AT BLUE ASH AIRPORT, OH. DURING THE LANDING HE BOUNCED THE AIRCRAFT AND AT THE SAME TIME ENCOUNTERED A CROSSWIND OF APPROXIMATELY 14 TO 22 KTS, WHICH CARRIED THE AIRCRAFT OFF THE RUNWAY WHERE THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
