## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JULY 19, 2006, THE ROCHESTER FLIGHT STANDARDS DISTRICT OFFICE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM AIRPORT PERSONNEL THAT AN AIR GEORGIAN (CANADIAN), BE-1900D, REGISTRATION C-GZGA, FLIGHT 7405 DEPARTED THE GREATER ROCHESTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, ROCHESTER, NY (ROC). SHORTLY AFTER, THE AIR GEORGIAN CREW WAS TOLD TO RETURN TO ROC. NO REASON WAS GIVEN. THE AIR GEORGIAN LANDED UNEVENTFULLY, PASSENGERS OFF-LOADED, AND THEN THE CREW WAS TOLD THE REASON FOR THE RETURN. A PERSON HAD REPORTED A SUSPICIOUS BAG THAT COULD CONTAIN A BOMB ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
