As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) FLIGHT WAS THE FIRST OF THE DAY. TAXI, RUNUP WAS NORMAL. DURING THE TURN PILOT STATED THE ENGINE QUIT WITHOUT WARNING, LOST ALL POWER WITH A PUFF OF SMOKE FROM THE EXHAUST AND PROP STOPPED. HE NOSED THE AIRCRAFT OVER AND IT IMPACTED THE GROUND (FRESHLY PLOWED FIELD) APPROXIMATELY 70 DEGREES FROM RUNWAY HEADING. AFTER GROUND IMPACT THE ACFT TURNED OVER CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE AIRFRAME AND PROPELLER.
