## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON AUG 3, 2006 AT 06:45 HOURS N606TV DEPARTED NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT (PNE) FOR AN AERIAL PHOTO ASSIGNMENT. AFTER APPROXIMATELY FIVE MINUTES OF FLIGHT IN THE VICINITY OF THE TAXONY PALMYRA BRIDGE, THE PILOT GOT A MOMENTARY AURAL WARNING OF HYDRAULIC LOSS. HE IMMEDIATELY BEGAN A SHALLOW TURN TO RETURN TO THE AIRPORT (PNE). THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER MOMENTARY INSTANCES OF THE AURAL WARNING AND ALSO THE VISUAL WARNING SIMULTANEOUSLY (LIGHT). AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE PROCEDURES FOLLOWED THROUGH THE LANDING SEQUENCE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE HELICOPTER WAS TOWED TO THE HANGAR. (PILOT STATEMENT ADDED TO THIS REPORT).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
