## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB LAX06CA263](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/LAX06CA263), Aug 17, 2006: Stinson 108-2 (N9818K), Grass Valley, CA, substantial damage. Probable cause: failure of the pilot to maintain directional control on the landing rollout due to inadequate compensation for a gusty crosswind condition and an attempt to turn at an excessive taxi speed.

## Other reports on N9818K (1)
