## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) N480LX, BE-400-A, OPERATED BY FLIGHT OPTIONS LLC., WAS ON A REPOSITIONING FLIGHT FROM SALT LAKE CITY, UT TO OMAHA, NE. INBOUND TO OMAHA THE CREW REQUESTED EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT TO STANDBY DUE TO AN UNSAFE GEAR INDICATION. AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE. CONTRACT MAINTENANCE PUT THE AIRCRAFT ON JACKS AND CYCLED THE GEAR, BUT COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. FURTHER TROUBLE SHOOTING REVEALED THAT BOTH MAIN LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR SWITCHES WERE DEFECTIVE. MAINTENANCE CHANGED THE MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCHES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
