## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 10-19-06, THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMIT^ DEPARTED GETTYSBURY, SD (0D8), TO PRACTICE TOUCH-AND-GO LANDINGS. DURING HIS FIRST LANDING ATTEMPT, THE PILOT ^PRIVACY D^ FORGOT TO PUT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN AND MADE A GEAR-UP LANDING. AS A RESULT, THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER, COWLINGS, BELLY SKIN, ANTENNAS AND FLAPS. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. MECHANIC ^PRIVACY DA^ VERIFIED THAT THE STALL WARNING HORN WAS WORKING; HOWEVER, THE PILOT STATED HE DID NOT HEAR IT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
