PILOT STATED ENGINE POWER CHECK PRIOR TO TAKEOFF WAS SATISFACTORY AND 15 DEGREES OF FLAPS WERE SELECTED FOR THE TAKEOFF. PILOT STATED HE ROTATED AIRCRAFT AT APPROXIMATELY 60-65 KNOTS INDICATED AIRSPEED. AIRCRAFT FLEW IN GROUND EFFECT AND THE LANDING GEAR WAS RETRACTED. A POSITIVE RATE OF CLIMB AND INCREASING AIRSPEED WAS ACHIEVED. PILOT STATED HE WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH CLIMB PERFORMANCE AND ELECTED TO RETRACT THE WING FLAPS. THE RIGHT WING DROPPED SLIGHTLY AND THE STALL WARNING ACTIVATED. PILOT ELECTED TO ABORT TAKEOFF AND RETARDED ENGINE THROTTLE TO IDLE. From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
