(-23) PILOT REPORTED THAT THE AIRCRAFT PORPOISED DURING LANDING CAUSING THE ENGINE PROPELLER TO STRIKE THE RUNWAY. (AS OF 09/26/2006 FAA IIC HAS NOT RECEIVED ENOUGH PIC INFORMATION TO CLOSE OUT THIS FAA FORM 8020-23, AN AMENDED FORM WILL BE SENT AT A FUTURE DATE).
