(-23) ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2006, AT APPROXIMATELY 1630 LOCAL, THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS ACTING AS PILOT-IN-COMMAND OF N7172P, A PIPER PA-24-250 WHEN HE EXECUTED A FORCED LANDING ON INTERSTATE HIGHWAY I-35W NEAR DENTON, TX. LOSS OF POWER WAS ATTRIBUTED TO FUEL EXHAUSTION. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE OR INJURIES TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS.
