## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 09/20/2006 THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMI^ HAD HIS AIRCRAFT, N340TR, A CESSNA 340 PARKED AT THE SCOTTSDALE AIRPORT (SDL) AT THE GREENWAY HANGARS. A CESSNA 310, N310AR WAS PULLED OUT OF THE HANGAR NEXT TO N340TR BY TWO MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FROM SCOTTSDALE FLYERS BLOCKING THE PATH OF N340TR OUT THE NORMAL WAY TO THE TAXIWAY. THE PILOT ^PRIVACY ^ GOT IN N340TR AND PROCEEDED TO START BOTH ENGINES AND EXECUTE A 180 DEGREE TURN TO TAXI OUT THE OTHER WAY. IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THIS N340TR PROP BLAST SHOT SMALL ROCKS AT N310AR, DAMAGING THE CABIN DOOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
