## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) NETJETS AVIATION INC DBA AS EXECUTIVE JET FLIGHT 623 DECLARED AN EMERGENCY ON APPROACH TO LINCOLN, NE. THE CREW HAD SELECTED GEAR DOWN AND GOT A GEAR UNSAFE WARNING. ALL OTHER WARNINGS INDICATED THAT THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND. A FLY BY OF THE TOWER CONFIRMED THAT THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR WAS NOT DOWN. THE CREW THEN FLEW A HOLDING PATTERN AND WENT THRU THE AIRCRAFT'S EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION CHECKLIST. A SECOND FLY BY OF THE TOWER CONFIRMED THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. CONTRACT MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR UPLOCK ACTUATOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
