## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRPLANE DROPPED TO THE RUNWAY CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE AIRFRAME. THE PILOT AND THREE PASSENGERS WERE ON BOARD THE AIRPLANE DURING THE ACCIDENT AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE NEAREST WEATHER REPORT FROM KAIZ METAR WAS: 12205Z AUTO 27009G14KT 250V310 10SM CLR 11/M09 A2992 RMK AO1 57020. THE FORECAST FOR THAT TIME FRAME WAS FOR WINDS FROM 270 AT 15 GUSTING TO 25 KNOTS. THE PILOT WAS NOT ABLE TO COMPENSATE FOR THE VARIABLE WIND CONDITIONS WITH PROPER CONTROL INPUTS.
