## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT EYEWITNESS STATED THAT ON INITIAL CLIMBOUT AFTER TAKE-OFF, THE AIRCRAFT MADE A STEEP CLIMBING TURN (AS WAS THE PILOT'S USUAL MANEUVER), AND ENTERED INTO AN ACCELERATED STALL. THE AIRCRAFT LACKED SUFFICIENT ALTITUDE TO RECOVER AND IMPACTED THE GROUND IN A NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE, WINGS LEVEL, AND FLIPPED UPSIDE DOWN. THE PILOT & PASSENGER EXITED THE AIRCRAFT ON THEIR OWN, HOWEVER REQUIRED HOSPITALIZATION FOR NON-LIFE THREATENING INJURIES. THE AIRCRAFT SUFFERED MAJOR DAMAGE AND MAY BE UNREPAIRABLE.
