As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) FLIGHT WAS CLEARED TO TAXI FOR TAKEOFF ON RUNWAY 10R. THE PILOT IN COMMAND CHOSE TO TAXI TO C2 AND THEN TO JOIN TAXIWAY C TO RUNWAY 10R. FROM HIS POSITION ON THE RAMP HE BEGAN A LEFT TURN TO PROCEED TO TAXIWAY C2. HE BEGAN THE TURN USING NORMAL NOSE WHEEL STEERING. THIS PROVIDES A MAXIMUM NOSE WHEEL DEFLECTION OF 10 DEGREES. WHILE IN THE TURN HE DEPRESSED THE "PARK BUTTON" WHICH INCREASES THE NOSE WHEEL DEFLECTION TO 63 DEGREES. THIS RESULTED IN AN UNCOMMANDED RIGHT TURN WHICH CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO DEPART THE RAMP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
