As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING START THE PILOT WAS SIGNALED BY GROUND OBSERVER TO STOP THE START SEQUENCE, PILOT WENT TO IDLE CUT OFF. PILOT EXITED AIRCRAFT TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE SHUT DOWN SIGNAL. WHEN HE WENT BACK TO VISIBLY CHECK, HE SAW FLAMES COMING OUT THE RIGHT ENGINE, HE RETURNED TO THE AIRCRAFT AND PULLED THE FIRE HANDLE, (DID NOT DISCHARGE THE FIRE BOTTLE). CONDUCTIVITY TESTS WERE ACCOMPLISHED ON THE ELEVATOR AND DELTA FIN WITH NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE FINDINGS. BOTH UPPER AND LOWER STANG COVERS WERE REPLACED, TAIL CONE WAS REPLACED. COULD NOT DOWN LOAD ENGINE RECORDER WILL REPLACE RECORDER AND FADAC CONTROL UNIT. THE UNITS THAT WERE INSTALLED WHEN THE INCIDENT WERE SENT BACK TO P&W.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
