## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) WHILE ON APPROACH THE AIRCRAFT WAS ABOUT 10 KTS HIGH. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN AFTER THE NUMBERS ON 16L. ON LANDING THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED ONCE CAUSING THE WHEEL PANT ASSEMBLIES ON BOTH MAIN GEARS TO BREAK OFF THE AIRCRAFT. AS THE WHEEL PANT ASSEMBLIES CAME OFF THE AIRCRAFT, THEY CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE WING AND FUSELAGE. THE NOSE WHEEL WAS ROTATED 90 DEGREES TO THE STARBOARD WHEN AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP. VIBRATION FROM THE LANDING CAUSED AN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED REAR SEAT TO BREAK FREE CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR. THE VIBRATION ALSO CAUSED A CREASE IN THE PAINT ABOUT 4 INCHES FORWARD OF THE PORT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER. ALL THREE TIRES HAD WEAR MARKS ON THE LEFT SIDE WALLS. THE PORT MAIN TIRE HAD A BALD SPOT ON IT CAUSED BY PART OF THE WHEEL PANT BEING STUCK IN FRONT OF IT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
