## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT HAD MADE A FULL STOP LANDING JUST SHORT OF THE FIXED DISTANCE MARKERS ON RUNWAY 24. HE THEN BEGAN A TAKEOFF FROM THAT POINT. JUST PAST THE END OF THE FIXED DISTANCE MARKERS, AT ABOUT 40 TO 50 KNOTS, THE LEFT WING "LIFTED" AND THE AIRPLANE BEGAN VEERING TO THE LEFT. PILOT APPLIED RIGHT RUDDER TO CORRECT, BUT THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED LEFT, EXITED THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK A BERM AS THE AIRPLANE BEGAN CORRECTING TO THE RIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT FLIPPED OVER, CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. ABOUT 3 MINUTES PRIOR TO HIS TAKEOFF ROLL, A CESSNA CITATION 560 HAD LANDED LONG, OVERFLYING THE FIXED DISTANCE MARKERS AND TOUCHING DOWN BEYOND THEM. THE WINDS WERE LIGHT AND VARIABLE, REPORTED AS BEING BETWEEN 150 AT 3 AND 230 AT 4 DURING THE PILOT'S TAKEOFF ROLL. THE RIGHT MAIN AND NOSE TIRES LEFT MARKS ON THE RUNWAY. NO FLAT SPOTS WERE NOTED ON THE TIRES.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
