## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 01/11/2007, 1613 CDT, A HOME BUILT AIRCRAFT LANCAIR JETPROP, N750TL, REGISTERED TO ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ AND PILOTED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ TOOK OFF FROM THE WEST HELENA AIRPORT ARKANSAS (HEE), VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED. AFTER TAKE-OFF THE SINGLE TURBINE ENGINE EXPERIENCED A REDUCTION IN ENGINE POWER RESULTING IN A LANDING WITH THE AIRCRAFT LANDING GEAR IN THE RETRACTED POSITION ON THE DEPARTURE RUNWAY. SUBSEQUENTLY THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE END OF RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. THE PILOT AND ONE PASSENGER WERE NOT INJURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
