## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) N604FT RECEIVED CLEARANCE TO TAXI TO RUNWAY 08 VIA TAXIWAYS (BRAVO AND ECHO). N604FT TAXIED TO THE JUNCTION OF TAXIWAY (ECHO I AND ECHO) AND PARKED WITH ITS NOSE POINTING APPROXIMATELY 35 TO 40 DEGREES. THE RED STROBE ON THE TAIL, THE WING TIP STROBES AND THE TAXI/LANDING LAMPS WERE OFF. THE AIRCRAFT'S POSITION LAMPS WERE ON. AS THE G-3 N429DD TAXIED TO RUNWAY 08, THE LEFT WING TIP STRUCK THE ROTATING PROPELLER ON N604FT, AND THE ENGINE STOPPED. N604FT REPORTED THE COLLISION TO THE FXE GROUND CONTROLLER AND REQUESTED TO TAXI BACK TO THE RAMP AFTER RESTARTING THE ENGINE. THE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT INCLUDED A SEVERLY BENT PROPELLER WITH METAL MISSING FROM THE TIP AREA, SUDDEN ENGINE STOPPAGE, CRACKS DISCOVERED ON MOTOR MOUNT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
