## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON TUESDAY, MARCH 6, 2007, APPROXIMATELY 06:30 (LOCAL) A JET BLUE AIRWAYS AIRBUS A320, REGISTRATION NUMBER N548JB LEFT WING TIP COLLIDED WITH THE RIGHT WING TIP OF N533JB (JETBLUE). N548JB WAS PARKED ADJACENT TO N533JB WHEN A RAMP OPERATOR, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITT^, ATTEMPTED TO TOW IT TO THE TERMINAL. N548J SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO THE LEFT BOUNDARY SEPARATOR AND THE LEFT WING TIP WHILE THE ONLY DAMAGE NOTICED ON N533JB WAS THE RIGHT BOUNDARY SEPARATOR. INTERVIEW WITH STATION MANAGER, ^PRIVACY DATA OM^ CONFIRMED THAT NO WING WALKER WAS PRESENT; HOWEVER, IT IS JET BLUE'S POLICY TO HAVE A WING WALKER DURING THIS PROCEDURE. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
