## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THIS AIRCRAFT DEPARTED PDK IN ATLANTA, GA ENROUTE TO HILTON HEAD (HXD) ON AN INSTRUMENT FLIGHT RULES CLEARANCE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS IN VISUAL CONDITIONS THE ENTIRE TIME. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT BOTH GENERATORS FAILED AND HE TRIED TO RESET THEM WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. HE THEN LOST BATTERY POWER. HE DIVERTED INTO AUGUSTA BUSH FIELD (AGS) AND LANDED NORDO. ON THE APPROACH, HE MANUALLY DEPLOYED THE GEAR AS THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FAILED. UPON LANDING BOTH MAINS COLLAPSED, YET THE NOSE GEAR STAYED EXTENDED. THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED ADDITIONAL DAMAGE WHEN IT WAS DRAGGED OFF THE RUNWAY BY THE NOSE GEAR. FINAL OUTCOME IN PENDING AS THE INSURANCE MAY HAVE TOTALLED THE AIRCRAFT AND NO OTHER MAINTENANCE IS PLANNED TO BE PERFORMED AT THIS TIME. INVESTIGATION STILL PENDING. MANUFACTURER IS INVOLVED WITH THE INVESTIGATION.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
