## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT STATED WHILE ON SHORT FINAL TO RUNWAY 02 AT CHA, HE HAD AN INDICATION OF ROLL SYSTEM FAILURE, SPEED BRAKE FAILURE, LEFT DUMP FAILURE AND ANTI-SKID FAILURE LIGHT. AIRCRAFT SPEED WAS AT VREF. TOUCHED DOWN ON RUNWAY AND APPLIED BRAKES TO STOP AIRCRAFT AT THE 3000 FT MARKER. AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP WITH BOTH MAIN TIRE FUSE PLUGES BLOWN. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND THE ONLY DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS TO THE TIRES AND OVERHEATED BRAKES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
