(-23) AIRCRAFT LANDED AT 07K AT NIGHT. AIRPORT IS (WAS) NOTAM'D CLOSED. "X"'S WERE ON EACH END OF REMAINING RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE SOUTH END, DROPPED ABOUT 1-FOOT, VEERED INTO A MUD HOLE AND CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP.
