## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) N77MR HAD A FLAMEOUT AND REQUESTED TO DESCEND FROM FL410 TO FL250. THE MEMPHIS ARTCC CONTROLLER ADVISED N77MR OF TRAFFIC AT FL380 AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY FOR THE AIRCRAFT. THE CONTROLLER TURNED N77MR 30 DEGREES LEFT AND THEN DESCENDED HIM TO FL250. IN THE DESCENT N77MR LOST SEPARATION WITH SKW5823. THE CLOSEST PROXIMITY WAS 3.54 MILES AND 300 FEET. THE CREW EXECUTED AN ENGINE RESTART IN FLIGHT AND CONTINUED TO BMI AND LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
