## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED THAT HE THOUGHT A WIND GUST BLEW HIM OFF THE RUNWAY. HOWEVER, A CFI IN ANOTHER AIRCRAFT HOLDING SHORT OF 30 VERBALLY STATED THAT THERE WERE NO GUSTY WIND CONDITIONS, AND THAT THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS HIGH AND SIGNIFICANTLY RIGHT OF THE RUNWAY AS HE CROSSED ABEAM OF THE THRESHOLD.
