PILOT MADE A LOW APPROACH DOWN RUNWAY 24 AND ATTEMPTED TO LOWER THE GEAR USING THE EMERGENCY EXTENSION SYSTEM; AIRPORT PERSONNEL ADVISED HIM THE NOSE GEAR WAS STILL NOT EXTENDED. PILOT DECIDED TO LAND WITH MAIN GEAR ONLY AND TOUCHED DOWN AT THE 1000 FOOT MARK; CONTROLLABILITY WAS MAINTAINED USING THE AIRCRAFT BRAKES. From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
