(-23) OPERATOR REPORTED N337AK TIED UP TO THE DOCK DOWNTOWN N338AK WAS TAXIING IN, SPOOLING DOWN AND STRUCK 337'S SPINNER. N338AK PROP SUDDEN STOPPAGE. COMPANY REPLACED SPINNER ON N337AK AND PLAN TO REMOVE PROP AND ENGINE FROM N338AK TO SEND OUT. REPORTED TO ROC AT 1630 FOR THEIR INFO; NTSB NOT INVOLVED PER LEWIS, ANC. AIRCRAFT TOTAL TIME 24900.
