## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

- [NTSB SEA07LA155](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/SEA07LA155), Jun 12, 2007: Quad City Ultralight Challenger II (N204DC), Lodi, CA, substantial damage. Probable cause: The improper assembly of the rony bracket which attached the right wing forward lift strut to the fuselage, the subsequent failure of that bracket, and separation of the right wing from the aircraft.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
