(-23) DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED HE LOST POWER AND WAS FORCED TO LAND IN A POTATO FIELD. FUEL ON BOARD WAS NOT A FACTOR, HOWEVER FUEL STARVATION DUE TO A MECHANICAL PROBLEM WAS THE CAUSE OF THE ENGINE FAILURE.
