## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) N205JC, AMD-20-F, BEING OPERATED AS A PART 91 FLIGHT LANDED IN GRAND ISLAND, NE FOR FUEL. AS THE AIRCRAFT TURNED OFF THE RUNWAY TO THE TAXIWAY, THE CABIN STARTED FILLING WITH SMOKE. DUE TO THE SMOKE IN THE CABIN, THE CAPTAIN STOPPED ON THE TAXIWAY AND ORDERED AN EVACUATION. THERE WERE FOUR PASSENGERS AND TWO CREW MEMBERS ON BOARD. THE MAIN DOOR WAS USED BY ALL, AS IT WAS QUICKER. THE TWO EMERGENCY EXIT WINDOWS WERE NOT USED. THE CAPTAIN ESTIMATED IT TOOK LESS THEN 15 SECONDS TO EVACUATE THE AIRCRAFT, AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THERE WAS NO FIRE. THE AIRPORT AND THE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO THE INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE MEL'D THE APU AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. LATER THE APU WAS SENT IN FOR MAINTENANCE, WHERE THE COMPRESSOR SEAL, P/N 3826795-1, WAS FOUND TO BE LEAKING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
