## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DEPARTED FROM THE LOGAN-CACHE AIRPORT (LGU) ON 06/22/07 ABOUT 0700. DURING HIS PRE-TAKEOFF CHECK, HE NOTICED A SLIGHT SHIMMY IN THE NOSE GEAR. HE FLEW FROM LOGAN, UT TO BEAR LAKE, ID (1U7) ARRIVING AROUND 0730. DURING LANDING, HIS MAINS TOUCHED FIRST AND WHEN THE NOSE WHEEL TOUCHED DOWN, IT STARTED TO SHIMMY. THE SHIMMY GOT WORSE AS THE AIRCRAFT SLOWED DOWN AND THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. TWO PEOPLE WERE ON BOARD. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

## NTSB investigation

None matched to this report by aircraft and date. Search the NTSB's own records: https://data.ntsb.gov/carol-main-public/basic-search

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
