## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 6/23/2007 AT APPROXIMATELY 0900 LOCAL, INCIDENT AIRCRAFT DEPARTED RICHARD B. RUSSELL REGIONAL (RMG) AIRPORT FOR LOCAL AREA FLIGHT. AT APPROXIMATELY 0910 LOCAL, AIRCRAFT WAS IN CRUISE CONFIGURATION AT 3000 FEET WHEN ENGINE POWER WAS LOST, PILOT STATED ENGINE WENT TO IDLE AND ATTEMPTS TO REGAIN POWER WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. AIRCRAFT MADE EMERGENCY OFF FIELD LANDING IN UNSUITABLE TERRAIN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
