## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON RETURN TO LANDING AT O22, AFTER A FIRE SUPPRESSION FLIGHT, THE PILOT SELECTED GEAR DOWN AND BELIEVED HE SAW THREE GEAR DOWN LIGHTS. ON LANDING, THE NOSE GEAR WAS APPARENTLY STILL RETRACTED. THE AIRCRAFT SKIDDED APPROXIMATELY 2500 FEET ON THE RUNWAY TO A STOP, AND THE PILOT EXITED THE AIRCRAFT. NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT. AIRCRAFT HAD DAMAGE TO THE NOSE GEAR, AND NOSE CONE. THE PROPS DID NOT CONTACT THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED, AND A FERRY PERMIT WAS ISSUED BY WP-25 TO RE-LOCATE THE AIRCRAFT TO MCC FOR REPAIRS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
