(-23) THE PILOT EXPERIENCED A HARD LANDING ON RUNWAY 29, DAMAGING THE LEFT WHEEL AND LEFT WHEEL PANT, LEFT FAIRING AND CAUSING A TEAR APPROXIMATELY 12 INCHES IN LENGTH ON THE LEFT AFT UNDER-SURFACE OF THE WING.
