## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) WITNESSES HAVE STATED THAT AIRCRAFT FLEW LOW OVER RESIDENTIAL AREA (ABOVE POWERLINES) AND MADE SEVERAL PASSES OVER AND ALONGSIDE OF HOUSES/TRAILERS. ONE WITNESS STATED THAT HE SAW THE AIRCRAFT ROLL ON SIDE AND THEN RIGHT ITSELF, BEFORE LOSING SIGHT OF AIRCRAFT. THE WITNESS HEARD SOUND OF IMPACT, BUT DID NOT SEE AIRCRAFT HIT THE GROUND.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB DFW07LA152](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/DFW07LA152), Jul 8, 2007: Air Tractor AT-400 (N3164N), Delhi, LA, substantial damage. Probable cause: the pilot's failure to maintain control of the airplane while practicing aerial application turns over a field.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
